MyPebbl ("the App") is developed and operated by Valkyrie / 2673274 Ontario Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use MyPebbl, how we use it, and how we protect it. We believe in keeping things simple and transparent — just like your Pebbl.
We do not collect any personal information. MyPebbl does not require an account, an email address, or any sign-up process.
Your customization choices — such as selected hats, eyes, accessories, backgrounds, and Pebbl type — are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
Because we do not collect personal information, there is nothing for us to use. All of your Pebbl's customization data stays on your device and is used solely by the App to display your Pebbl the way you designed it.
MyPebbl uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchase entitlements. When you purchase MyPebbl, the payment itself is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) — we never see or store your payment details. RevenueCat verifies your purchase so the App can unlock content, but it does not collect personal information from you. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
We do not use any third-party advertising services. No ads are displayed in MyPebbl.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any user data with third parties. Since we do not collect personal information, there is nothing to share.
We do not retain any user data on our servers. All customization data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, your data is deleted along with it.
Because your data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to external servers, it is protected by your device's own security measures. We do not operate servers that store user data.
MyPebbl is designed to be enjoyed by users of all ages. We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children. There are no accounts, no email collection, and no tracking of any kind.
Since we do not collect or store any personal information, there is no user data for us to provide, correct, or delete. Your Pebbl's customization data lives entirely on your device and is fully within your control.
MyPebbl is available as a one-time purchase for $0.99 through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Payment is processed entirely by Apple or Google — we do not collect or store any payment or financial information. RevenueCat is used to manage purchase entitlements and verify that the App has been unlocked on your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyPebbl mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by Valkyrie / 2673274 Ontario Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MyPebbl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy above. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MyPebbl on your personal devices for your own non-commercial enjoyment. This license does not give you ownership of the App or any of its content.
MyPebbl is available for a one-time purchase of $0.99 (USD) through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or additional in-app purchases. Payment is processed entirely by Apple or Google. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.

MyPebbl is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valkyrie / 2673274 Ontario Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this section. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
